Casey Myers is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and software executive with more than 20 years of operator experience across a number of industries, sizes and stages.

He was most recently Partner at a growth equity firm and 120Water’s lead investor, Edison Partners, where he led the firm’s value-creation strategy and operating platform. Prior to Edison, he was General Manager at video platform SundaySky, leading strategy and corporate development, where he led a multi-phased $100M+ private equity exit.

Myers’ experience also includes working with public municipalities when he served as Director, Public Sector Sales at Exstream Software. There, he helped grow revenues 5X over four years, and led a successful strategic exit to HP in 2008.

Megan Glover is the Founder of 120Water. A data and software veteran, prior to founding 120Water, she spent nearly 15 years as an executive building and scaling various software-as-a-service products in the Midwest. With a passion for and knowledge of modern technology for solving problems, Glover founded 120Water to provide modern software and the tools necessary to solve our most complex water quality challenges.

Bryan Day currently serves as 120Water’s Chief Financial Officer, joining the company in 2025. As an experienced finance and operations executive, Bryan has a proven track record of success in leading financial and operational strategy across companies. Prior to joining 120Water, Bryan has spent the past decade+ in executive positions in companies spanning Software (B2B SaaS and Cyber), Marketplaces, and Media.

Bryan is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the College of William and Mary. He lives in Texas with his wife and four children.

Craig Herman serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at 120Water, where he leads the company’s revenue generation strategies and oversees the sales and marketing teams. With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, Craig has a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building high-performing teams. Before joining 120Water, he held senior sales positions at several technology companies, where he was instrumental in expanding market share and developing strategic partnerships.

Mitchell Hensley has a successful track record of scaling platforms at Amazon and Xylem and has built products used by millions worldwide. Now he’s applying that expertise to 120Water’s SaaS roadmap, leading the next phase of innovation as the company expands beyond compliance support into a comprehensive water data management platform.

A proven leader with the ability to form and lead highly productive, cross-functional teams, Buckner has 20+ years of experience in Business Operations Management in fast-changing environments. Buckner oversees 120Water's Business Operations team, which includes HR, cross-functional process optimization, business analytics, and IT administration. Her primary focus is to improve internal efficiencies through process and technology, drive data-driven decision-making, and foster a culture that embodies our core values.
